2. Product information

We do our best to display all product information, photos, colors, sizes, materials and descriptions as clearly and accurately as possible.

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting or photography.

LOVX JEWELRY may update product information, prices, offers and availability when necessary.

If there is an obvious mistake in a price, product description or stock status, we may correct or cancel an order. In that case, we will contact you.

3. Personalized products

Personalized jewelry is made based on the information you provide.

You are responsible for checking:

spelling;
names;
initials;
dates;
symbols;
engravings;
chosen personalization;
delivery address.

We create the jewelry exactly as you provide it to us.

Once production of a personalized piece of jewelry has started, the order can no longer be changed, cancelled, returned or refunded, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered due to our mistake.

For personalized products, we clearly show this notice before purchase:

Please note: this piece of jewelry is specially made for you. Check your name, date or initials carefully. Once production has started, a personalized piece of jewelry can no longer be changed, cancelled or returned, except in case of a defect or mistake by LOVX JEWELRY.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

This confirmation means that we have received your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of fraud, misuse, incorrect information, stock issues or obvious mistakes on the website.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros, including VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs and any additional costs are shown during checkout.

Payment must be completed in full before we process your order.

6. Delivery

Our estimated delivery time is usually 7–12 business days.

This delivery time is an estimate and not a strict guarantee.

For personalized jewelry, delivery may take longer due to production, busy periods or external delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

For normal, non-personalized items, the legal right of withdrawal applies.

For personalized, custom-made or specially produced jewelry, there is no standard right of return, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered due to our mistake.

8. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes must be entered during checkout.

Discount codes cannot be applied afterwards to an order that has already been placed.

LOVX JEWELRY may change, extend or end promotions, discounts and offers at any time.

If an order with a discount, bundle promotion or free gift is partially returned, the refund may be adjusted.

9. Warranty and product care

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry.

Damage caused by production defects will always be carefully reviewed by us.

Damage caused by incorrect use is not covered by warranty. This includes:

showering or swimming with jewelry;
contact with perfume, lotions, cleaning products or make-up;
pulling, dropping or bending;
normal wear and tear;
scratches;
discoloration due to incorrect use or storage;
loss or theft.

Store your jewelry dry, clean and separate from other jewelry.

10. Intellectual property

All texts, photos, logos, product names, designs, layout and brand expressions on this website are owned by LOVX JEWELRY or our licensors.

You may not copy, use, sell, modify or distribute them without written permission.

11. Reviews, photos and customer content

When you share a review, photo or other content with LOVX JEWELRY, you give us permission to use it for our website, social media, advertisements and marketing, unless you tell us in writing that you do not want this.

You may not submit misleading, offensive, harmful or unlawful content.

12. Liability

LOVX JEWELRY is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of use, loss of data or damage caused by incorrect use of our products, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer by law.
